  1. Thank you for this post. But I have tried everything and nothing has worked yet. After filling countless support ticket forms it fails to send. Either saying gateway error or some other random feedback. I have sent an email but I’m yet to receive a feedback; and I have tried all the hotlines but none of them works. Please help. I was advised at my nearest jamb office to create a support ticket for my issue. I don’t know what else to do since I can’t even do that.

    1. Greetings Umeanozie, if you have followed all the steps in this article and not gotten a positive response yes the best thing to do is visit the nearest CBT centre or JAMB office. Best regard.
